Gwyndy is a well equipped, comfortably furnished pretty Welsh cottage near Abersoch, in a peaceful setting with lovely views.

It is located at the end of a private lane, with Porth Ceiriad Beach (National Trust), within walking distance. Abersoch, with its excellent restaurants and beach is 2 1/2 miles away.

There are two bathrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is central heating and a wood burning stove in the sitting room.

There are unimpeded views, at the rear of the cottage, of both Garn Fadryn (an extinct volacano), and Rhiw Mountain and at the front of the cottage there is a large expanse of common land, with heather, gorse and wild orchids may also be found.

The view shown to the right is from the common land located to the front of Gwyndy looking out over Cardigan Bay.

The sea is visible from the kitchen, ground floor bedroom and first floor bedroom.

 

The pretty garden is enclosed, with lawned area and a small pond at the rear of the cottage.
The new extension to the coastal path is nearby, affording walks to Hells Mouth, whilst Cilan Head offers an abundance of wildlife and lovely sea views.

The house and grounds are strictly no smoking.

This self catering holiday home is let Friday to Friday. You are required to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on day of departure and keys are available from 4 p.m. on day of arrival. The property is equipped for four people (families and couples only) and this should not be exceeded.
